The short of it
Not for you? You have 60 days from delivery to send the unit back for a refund of the product price. No interrogation, no runaround.
What qualifies
- You reach out within 60 days of the delivery date.
- You can show proof of purchase — an order number or the email receipt works.
- The unit comes back to us; include the box contents where you can.
How to start
Email the support address on the contact page with your order number and a short note. We reply with a return address and simple steps. Please wait for that reply before posting anything.
Return postage
Unless the item arrived faulty or wrong, return postage is on the customer. A tracked service is worth it so the parcel can be followed back.
When the refund lands
Once your return reaches us and is checked, we refund the original payment method. Your bank then takes its own few business days to post it.
