Getting your order to you
Where we ship
We currently ship across the United States, most APO and FPO addresses included. Outside the US? Message us first through the contact page and we will tell you whether we can reach you.
Handling
Orders are packed within one to two business days. Anything placed on a weekend or holiday starts the next working day.
Delivery time
- Standard US delivery runs about five to ten business days from dispatch.
- We hand parcels to USPS or a similar courier by destination.
- These are typical windows, not guarantees — weather and carrier backlogs can add a day or two.
Tracking
A tracking number is emailed the moment your parcel ships. If it has not updated after a day, give it a little time; scans sometimes trail the box.
If something goes wrong
Parcel stuck for too long, or marked delivered but missing? Tell us and we will chase the carrier and, where it is confirmed lost, replace it or refund it. Damaged or wrong item? Email a photo and your order number within a few days of delivery and we will fix it.
